Synopsis

The story of two special-service agents in Moscow in 2013. They secretly engage in a battle against international terrorism. SLEEPER is a professional definition of a spy who is placed in an enemy country not to undertake an immediate mission but to act as a potential asset if activated. The espionage framework is only part of what the show is trying to depict. The series was written by Sergey Minaev, a well-established Russian author. Minaev says, ‘SLEEPERS is a story about people.
